2. What SheetFlow Does

SheetFlow is a productivity and data management tool designed to help users organize, track, and manage information efficiently.

We are not an advertising platform, a data broker, or a surveillance machine pretending to be software.

We intentionally keep this minimal.

• Account details such as name and email.
• Content you create, upload, or manage within SheetFlow.

3.2 Basic Technical Data

We may collect limited system data necessary to run the Service, such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps. This is used strictly for functionality and security, not profiling.

Unlike many platforms, we do not collect data for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

4. How We Use Information

We use your data only to operate and maintain the Service, provide support, improve performance and reliability, ensure security and prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

That’s it. We explicitly do not use data for marketing profiles, ad targeting, or resale.

5. What We Do NOT Do

• No selling your data.

• No behavioral tracking across websites.
• No “custom audience” targeting.
• No creepy shadow profiles.

Many platforms share hashed user data with advertising partners for targeted ads. SheetFlow does none of that.

We only share data in very limited situations:

• With service providers strictly required to operate the platform, such as hosting and infrastructure.
• When required by law.
• To protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

All third parties are expected to use data only for the specific service they provide.

7. Data Ownership

You own your data. Full stop.

• Your content remains yours.
• We do not claim ownership of anything you upload.
• We act only as a service provider, not a data controller of your content.

8. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Delete your account and your data is removed within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Security

• Secure hosting environments.
• Access controls.
• Encryption where appropriate.

No system is invincible, but we don’t cut corners here.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and export your data.

These rights align with modern privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.

We use minimal cookies only for authentication and basic functionality.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party tracking pixels.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, attempt to breach or disrupt the system, or abuse, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform.

Basically: don’t be that guy.

13. Service Availability

We aim for reliability, but the Service is provided “as is.” Downtime may happen, and we are not liable for interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Use the Service at your own risk.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date, and continued use means acceptance of changes.
